GREAT EXPERIENCE AND PREP FOR PARIS 2024⠀
Dan has flown out to Tokyo in his capacity as training partner to Liam Heath and Emily Lewis, under coach Eric Farrell.⠀

Liam Heath is the reigning Olympic Champion and holds the world’s fastest time in the men’s K1 200m.⠀
⠀
Dan’s primary focus will be to support their preparation for Olympic competitions in the coming weeks.⠀

For Dan, it is also a great opportunity to gain valuable experience of the Olympics first hand as he continues his journey towards competing in the Paris 2024 Olympics.⠀

Of course, the training will also be supporting his build up to this years World Championships having qualified for the British team.⠀

Dan Atkins had a stellar weekend at the British Canoeing National Championships and World Championship Selection Regatta, winning titles and selection to the world championships. ⠀
